Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.
1 Corinthians 16:13
Robert Lewis, in his Men's study entitled Men's Fraternity, defines a man as "One who rejects passivity, accepts responsibility. leads courageously and lives for God's greater reward." As men we are prone to be passive, pass responsibility on to others, let others lead and choose to do our own thing. But God calls us to more nobler things. And for us to be able to keep rejecting passivity, accepting our responsibilities, lead courageously and serve God faithfully, we need the fellowship of other men who will cheer us on. Sometimes we need these men to pick us up. Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm, our men meet in the Family Life Center, Room 206. We study God's word and pray for one another. JOIN US!
